The girls and I just spent a wonderful 2 1/2 weeks with all our loved ones in sweet home California. Our camera decided to quit on us so we don't have anything to show for it, but we were definitely busy! We had Grandma Rozier's funeral, Becca's baby shower, Sue's baby shower, Julie's wedding, and ice cream with the Kenningtons. My parent's house was still being remodeled so it got a little crowded with us visiting and I so appreciate them making room for us in spite of everything. I miss them already!
So back to boat life once again! We are switching marinas in a few weeks and will then be residing at the yacht club. Pretty sweet, huh? We are so excited! It even has its own playground!
Its raining buckets today, but that didn't deter us from making the most of our Memorial Day. We went to the beach at Galveston first thing this morning and actually caught a few hours of sunshine! The early bird catches the worm I guess! Rivka was a little skittish around the waves but Hosanna kept trying to crawl straight in! She almost made it a few times under Daddy's watch. We have a fun day planned for tomorrow too. We are heading in to Houston to spend the day at the Children's museum with a bunch of friends from church. It should be really fun.
