Island Time

Man we have such a great life! Bocas is a really small town and we kind of stand out with all these little kids we're carting around, but we are slowly getting to know the people here. The kids and I walk to the park every morning. I've got a girl on each side holding my hand and Zion in a baby backpack. I found out that the girls are more than willing to walk across town as long as they each have a walking stick. Plus they know they get a juice box once we reach the park. There isn't much at the park yet. Just mud, patches of grass, some sticky concrete benches, and these really cool trees. But there is lots of room to run around so its perfect for us. We usually hit the beaches in the afternoon when it gets pretty steamy outside.

Rivka's latest fave is singing "Santa Claus is Coming to Town". What a weirdo, I know. Hosanna is getting potty-trained. She actually got on the toilet by herself today, for the first time, and went potty in the toilet. Only problem-- she forgot to take off her underwear first. Its a work in progress. Zion is scootin' all over the place. I thought the tile floor might slow him down but nothing phases him. He is also sleeping through the night again, thank heavens!, and eating table foods. They grow up soooo fast! E went to Changuinola last week and got him a baby walker which he now lives in. And for some reason this post keeps popping up first even though our move to Panama should obviously come before it. Computers are such a mystery to me...
