Who would want to be a princess??

Each day is a struggle to keep Rivka busy enough so she doesn't go in destroy mode. We call her "The Ruiner". Her latest accomplishment was cutting her eyelashes off during craft-time. I will try to get a good pic of that.

So I usually try to involve her in whatever I'm doing- she is my special helper. And she is actually getting old enough to be a real help to me. Tonight as she was grating the zucchini for a quiche I'm making for dinner she had an epiphany.

She told me she always thought that being a princess would be the best job in the world but now she knows that it would be even more fun to be the maid cooker. Apparently when we move to England (???) she is going to get that job in the palace.

Oh, and she has plans to open her own restaurant called "Rivka and her Mom's Vegetable Pies" where we will also sell smoothies.

I must have done something right. :)
