Thought ya'll would be interested to know a little more of what it is like to live down here. We are only a block away from the water and every Wednesday night during the summer the sailors have races out on the lake. I (Enoch) can't help but salivate over the sailboats.....
That tall building in the background is a condo tower called Endeavor Clear Lake. It commenced construction during the recent real estate boom but it is rumored that the developer of the project went bust when purchasers who had bought condos as investment properties walked away from their deposits when they realized the market for these types of buildings had dried up. This was to be the first tower of several.
Oh, by the way, I felt the 'little guy' kick for the first time a couple of nights ago! That never ceases to give me goose bumps!
